Nini Foods is an indigenous food processing and packaging company which launched in 2017 with our signature vitamin A fortified garri with the aim of being your one stop for local staple, wholesome Nigerian farm produce. Our farm produce are sourced locally, processed hygienically and beautifully packaged for a healthy, nutritious and quality experience. However, Nini Foods has evolved and is still evolving to meet with the ever growing demand of our evolving clientele base. We aim at providing value to our consumers by providing well packaged and consistent local farm products which is easily assessible and also to be responsive to our consumer feedback.

General Return Policy

Nini Foods offers a return policy on all categories of products. If something goes wrong with any purchase or supply, kindly notify us within 2-3 working days of receiving the item(s), and we will help you reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement, exchange, or refund.

After 2-3 working days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason and the return policy has expired, you can still contact us or call us at (+234 906 559 5132) and we will try to help if we can.


ITEM CONDITION

Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, the item(s) to be returned:

•must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached.

•may be an “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact. 

  

FORM OF PAYMENT

For returned items, refunds will be issued on the following grounds:

•In the original form of payment

•As store credit only.


If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.

•Crispy Ijebu Garri

•Yellow Garri

•Honey

•Palm oil

•Premium Rice

•Honey

•Spices

•Yam Flour

•Plantain Flour

•And others


After your complaint is reviewed, your item(s) may or may not be authorized for return depending on the ‘General Return Policy Eligibility’ factors described above.

If a return is not authorized, this will be communicated along with the relevant reasons. If a return is authorized, you will be sent an authorization along with appropriate information on where to drop off the item. 

The products are your responsibility till they reach our warehouse. Please ensure to pack the return safely to prevent damage to the product or boxes.

4.  RETURN OF ITEMS

If a return is authorized, you will be asked to return the item within the time frame communicated while ensuring that:

•The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact

•The item is in the same condition it was in when delivered

•The invoice is included with the reason(s) for the return written on it.


5. IN-STORE RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 2-3 working days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

6. TIMELINESS OF RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this time frame may not be accepted.

 

7. PROCEDURES OF RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us or email us at ninifoodsltd@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization form. Please include your original order number and reason for the return.

Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

 

8.  RETURN SHIPPING

Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be

•paid for by the customer.

•Paid for by Nini Foods.

 

9.   RESTOCKING FEE

•Restocking fees are not charged by the retailer.

•Except for items that are returned for being damaged or defective or items that were shipped in error, at the retailer’s discretion, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items, a restocking fee of 5% (or the maximum amount permitted by state law, whichever is less) may be assessed for all items.

 

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by state law.
